At SkinShine Studio, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. To effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so will result in the following charges:
-Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Half of the service amount will be charged.
-Same Day Cancellation: Full service amount will be charged.
-Cancellation/Reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice: No charge. You must either cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees in accordance to the cancellation policy.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without any prior notice, the full service amount will be charged.
Retainer Policy: To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable retainer and a credit card on file at the time of booking. This retainer secures your time and date and ensures that it will not be advertised to any other clients. Your retainer will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by following these steps:
a) Locate the initial confirmation email received after booking your appointment.
b) Click on the "Change/Cancel Appointment" link provided in the email. This will redirect you to your confirmation page.
c) On the confirmation page, click the "Cancel" option to proceed with the cancellation.
Late Arrivals: We encourage clients to arrive on time for their appointments to receive the full duration of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid inconvenience for other scheduled clients.
Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment at SkinShine Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation policy, including the charges for late cancellations and no-shows and the non-refundable retainer.
