Please arrive 10 minutes prior so we can check you in.

If you’re running late, out of consideration for the next customer we may shorten the time of your service or offer an alternative treatment to fit within the available time frame. If this is not possible your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged the full price of the treatment booked.

Please be aware that whilst we will do our best to hold your appointment slot for you, if you are more than 10-minutes late, we may give the space to another client.
Yes; there is a fee for cancellations/no-shows. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected events, so if you must cancel your treatment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Should you not arrive for your scheduled reservation you will be charged the full price of your service(s.) If you cancel within the 24-hour period prior to your reservation, you will be charged half of the treatment price for your service(s). Please view our full cancellation policy here.

You can find us off of Memorial Dr. in the same strip mall as Tres Market (next door to Minuti Coffee). We are located inside of DHW Experience Salon.

There are open (available to anyone) parking spaces located both in front of and behind the building. As long as the parking space does not say prohibited, you are free to park where you please.
We know you want to show appreciation for the quality service provided. Gratuities at Skinshine Studio average between 18 and 22 percent of the treatment price, but we always respect your tipping decisions. You may give your esthetician a gratuity in cash or by credit card as you checkout.
